![]() ![]() I noticed that the Tajima's D value returned was different from vcftools. After looking at other papers and seeing that a lot uses dna sp, I decided to try just to see how it works and if I could make any different measures. Using vcftools with windows of 500 and making an average around my region, I find a value around 0. ![]() On my project I use Tajima's D to detect traces of balancing selection or selective sweeps in a region of my genome. ![]()
